Brittany accepted that college was not in her future. But, when a hurricane destroyed her town, she lost her home and job.
A military wife, Brittany and her family moved across the country. That’s when she went from having a career to being a stay-at-home mom and decided to focus on school.
After completing two career diploma programs with Penn Foster, Brittany felt confident enough to pursue her associate degree with Ashworth College. She enrolled in our Healthcare Administration Associate Degree Program.
“With the flexibility and support that Ashworth provided, I finished the program in record time,” she said.
Brittany then enrolled in our Healthcare Management Bachelor’s Degree Program.
The first woman in her family to graduate from college, Brittany has now begun studying for her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, which includes a pathway or a Ph.D.
“This school has opened so many doors, windows, I mean you name it, to provide an amazing future for myself and for my daughter as well,” she said.
