Ashworth College refund policy
We work hard to create a satisfying learning experience for all students of Ashworth College. However, if you enroll and decide our school is not for you, simply cancel your enrollment within the first 5 days. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy.
Should you cancel after the first 5 days, you may receive a refund or you may owe additional tuition. Any refund or monies owed is outlined in the Tuition Protection Agreement found on the back of your Enrollment Agreement and is determined by:
- The number of lessons completed
- Amount of tuition already paid
- Length of enrollment
What is the Ashworth College Cancellation Policy?
Students may cancel their enrollment via telephone, email, or first-class mail to the physical address listed in the student catalog. Students may also cancel their enrollment in the "Help Center" of the Learner Center.
If you cancel within 5 days after midnight of the day you enroll, you will receive a refund of all monies paid to Ashworth College.
Ashworth College calculates refunds using the date of withdrawal. Ashworth determines this based on the date the student made the withdrawal request or when the student is dismissed for failure to abide by the code of conduct, to maintain satisfactory academic progress, or to meet financial obligations.

Any amount owed is due at the time of cancellation. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of Ashworth College's receipt of your notice of cancellation. No refunds after 270 days from date of Enrollment.
