Accreditation is a vote of confidence in a school’s performance and capabilities. All online colleges must meet 11 standards in order to become accredited. By maintaining our accreditation, Ashworth College ensures the public that we continually meet the standards they have a right to expect, including standards set by the academic community.

Distance Education and Training Council

Ashworth College has built a tradition of excellence that spans a quarter century. Our accredited online degrees and career training are accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) which is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. Their rigorous evaluation process applies the same standards upheld by brick-and-mortar institutions.

Ashworth College is Authorized by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission to offer instruction in career programs, associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs.
