The Ashworth College instructional team approach begins with a highly qualified staff of academic advisors, certified faculty, subject matter experts, course authors and support staff. We are available to customize support to the needs of the individual student.
Each course syllabus provides information on contacting your tutor, teacher, instructor, faculty member and/or an Academic Advisor on the support team. For general information call 1-800-224-7234.
Our Academic Advisor team is available Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 8:30pm. Contact the team one of three ways:
- Call 1-800-224-7234 and request an Academic Advisor.
- Request assistance in your personal Student Portal.
Academic Advisors are not permitted to assist with course exams or assignments. They can provide clarity and verify that the question is valid.
When contacting an Academic Advisor for tutoring, please have your study materials on hand, with the page number(s) or chapters identified. If advanced help is needed, Advisors place a request for a subject specialist to contact you. Please allow the subject specialist 24 to 48 hours to return your phone call.

Tuition is based on the type of program. Career diploma courses list the total tuition for the program. Degree programs are priced per semester. Associate degree programs are four semesters, so the total program cost is four times the semester tuition. Bachelor's degree programs are eight semesters, so the total program cost is eight times the semester tuition. The Master's program is three semesters so the total program cost is for three semesters. Tuition may vary over time, so check the website for the most current semester tuition costs.
Our interest-free tuition plan is an attractive alternative to student loans. You'll never pay finance charges or interest fees, making it easier to graduate debt-free. You may pay in full or spread your tuition into interest-free monthly payments – and you choose the payment that fits your budget. Learn more about our payment options.
We keep fees to a minimum. Other than a modest shipping fee for textbooks, lessons books and study guides and a small administrative fee, everything you need to complete your program is included with your tuition. We ship printed textbooks, workbooks, study guides and other materials by U.S. postal service or international airmail (if you live abroad).
We understand that not all programs are for all people. That said, we offer a ‘no questions asked' money back policy for students who cancel within the first 5 days of enrollment. Our cancellation policy requires the parent, legal guardian or adult student enrolled with Ashworth College to initiate the cancellation procedure. If your enrollment is cancelled after the first 5 days, you may be entitled to a refund or you may owe the school additional tuition. The number of lessons completed and the tuition paid determines this. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the Refund Policy page for more details.
