Will my Ashworth College credits transfer to other schools?
According to a 2010 study, of the graduates who sought to have their DETC accredited degree accepted by other academic institutions, approximately three in four were successful in transferring credits.* Acceptance of transfer credits is at the discretion of the individual school. The decision whether to accept transfer credits is usually determined by the similarity of courses completed to courses offered. If you are planning to continue your education with another college or university after you earn your degree from Ashworth College, you should check with that institution regarding credit transfer policies. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation to assist you with the credit transfer process.
