Introduction to Computers
High School Course
A practical approach to understanding and using personal computers, for people who are new to the Windows environment. The course features hands-on, step-step exercises that lead to the development of skills for application at school, work, or home. College Prep Program requirement; General Program elective; PC is required: Minimum requirements: Pentium 150 MHz; 32 MB RAM; Microsoft Windows 95 or higher; VGA display adapter and monitor; two-button mouse; 6x speed or faster CD-ROM drive. Audio sound card and Internet access optional.
This High School Course is also offered as part of the College Prep Correspondence Diploma program and the General Correspondence Diploma program.
