How It Works
From enrollment to graduation
We're sure you have questions about the Ashworth student experience. We figured we could answer many of them by breaking it down step by step.
Step 1: Enrollment
Once you've decided on your program, simply fill out our online application or speak with an enrollment advisor at 1-800-957-5412. Within 24 hours of receiving your completed application, we'll mail your first course textbook and study materials, which, unlike other schools, are included in your tuition cost. All you need to get started is a computer with access to the internet. But if you don't have that, correspondence programs are available which allow you to do everything by mail. If you are eligible for military benefits, please contact a military advisor at 1-877-758-7630.
Step 2: Orientation
Master's, Bachelor's and online Associate degree students will gain immediate access to Orientation. At which time you'll be welcomed by your professors and receive a Student ID Number. This will let you gain access to our exclusive online learning system. Giving you all the information you need to get started on your course. We also offer weekly live online orientation sessions for students in all programs. These take place online in the student forum every Thursday at 11 AM ET. Meet our team of student advisors and get answers to any and all questions you might have.
Step 3: Taking your course
All your learning materials and supplies will be shipped directly to you. You should begin your lessons as soon as possible. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll finish. Throughout the course, you'll be asked to upload a variety of assignments. Within a week, they'll be graded by your instructor and will often include feedback and comments. And anytime you want to track your next shipment, check your grades, view your payment history or contact student services, just log onto myashworth.com. It puts everything you need to succeed right at your fingertips.
Step 4: Getting the help you need
Our team of incredibly helpful tutors are just a toll-free call away, Monday through Thursday from 9am-9pm, on Friday from 9am-8pm and on Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm. Email your instructors anytime. Or get advice from other students in your course online. This way you're never alone in trying to find answers to the questions that will help you succeed.
Step 5: Making the grade
Exams and quizzes are taken online and grades are posted immediately. As soon as you pass, you can go on to the next lesson. You'll be provided with new course material as you go. So you'll always have the tools you need to keep moving forward.
Step 6: Graduation
Graduation represents the culmination of all your determination and hard work. At Ashworth, there's nothing virtual about it. Sure you can have your degree or diploma mailed to you. But you'll also be invited to walk down the aisle during our formal graduation ceremony in Atlanta.
