Program: Gourmet Cooking & Catering

I learned so much in the Gourmet Cooking & Catering course. It showed me how to implement gourmet techniques in the kitchen, not just pictures of recipes. Everything I needed was right in front of me. I felt like I was actually in culinary school! But if I had gone to a culinary school, I would have spent thousands of dollars and been overwhelmed. I was grateful that Ashworth College let me make minimal monthly payments and take my time. After I graduated, I started writing a cookbook because I felt I had enough knowledge to share with others and I wanted to teach the same concepts I learned. It's called Housewife Cuisine, and it has 100 of my own recipes. My long term dreams include having my own cooking television show, and publishing another cookbook with pastries and desserts. Ashworth College paved my way into the gourmet food profession.
