Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society Membership

Graduating Ashworth students who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher can be nominated for membership in Delta Epsilon Tau, an international honor society. Delta Epsilon Tau was established by The Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) to recognize the achievements of individuals who worked diligently to acquire knowledge and skills from an accredited distance learning institution.

As a member, inductees receive a personalized Certificate of Membership, the Gold Key of Distinction and benefit from listing the distinction of membership in Delta Epsilon Tau on resumes when pursuing employment.

Since becoming a charter member in 2008 and the only DET chapter in the state of Georgia, nearly 300 graduates have been inducted into Delta Epsilon Tau.
